Posting windows when your audience is in Brazil and Dubai

A 7-hour spread between São Paulo and Dubai means the "best time to post" advice written for US audiences quietly costs you reach. Here is the cadence we run instead.

Most posting-time guidance assumes one timezone. If your buyers are split between Brazil and the Gulf, the standard "post at 9am" rule puts you in front of one audience and behind the other.

The spread

São Paulo sits at UTC-3, Dubai at UTC+4. A single slot cannot serve both, so we stopped trying and picked windows where the two curves overlap or where one audience is clearly dominant.

What we schedule

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday carry the weight. Monday is noisy, Friday drops off in both regions.
  • Early morning Brazil lands mid-afternoon in Dubai — the strongest shared window.
  • Late afternoon Dubai catches the Gulf before the evening, before Brazil wakes up properly.

Three posts, not five

The target we hold founders to is three posts a week per identity. Five is where quality drops and the founder starts skipping approvals. Three is sustainable for a year, and a year is what compounds.
